Aimee Veronica Carrero was born in the Dominican Republic and is an American voice actor and actress. The most popular role she has is playing Angie Prietto on the Cartoon Network Live Action Series Level Up. Between 2014 and 2018, she played as Sofia Rodriguez in the ABC Family/Freeform sitcom Young & Hungry and Young & Foodies. She also voiced Adora/She-Ra in the DreamWorks animated show She-Ra and in the show Princesses of Power under Netflix from 2018 to 2020. Carrero has been engaged to the actor Tim Rock in November 2015 and they were married on August 16, 2016. The Disney's Elena of Avalor and Sofia the First spin-offs feature her as Princess Elena. She also played Tasha and Mia as well in "Skater Girl Island" as well as an episode of Hannah Montana.
